"The bathroom was filthy. I wore shoes in the shower. I have pictures. I was scared to use the towels. The front desk clerk appeared to have been sleep or heavily medicated...."
Travel Inn & Suites - Sikeston/Miner (i-55 Exit-67)
8/10 Good
"The check in was smooth, the room was clean, parking was good. Breakfast was limited, could have offered more of a variety. We will stay again when in the area."
"DON'T STAY HERE-- KEEP GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE, & couldn't get a refund--Property is older property being renovated. The workers stay on property. The men congregate outside their rooms drinking, smoking, & some smoking weed. To each his own, but my daughter & I are allergic to cigarette smoke & get headaches really bad. Anything stronger, like weed, gets us to migraine level. It's a "pet friendly" property but NO convenient place for dogs to go out to potty. We were assigned room 116, the very last room far end of the property. No grass anywhere near. We were told to come to the front of the property in front of the office. That's a long walk at 2-3:00 AM to take the dogs out, especially w/men in & out drinking & smoking. We were uneasy w/ that. We asked for a room closer to grass for our dogs but they didn't have any available. The property still is in run down looking stage. Someone's HAIR was still in the shower and their bottle of hair conditioner. The room looked clean but bathroom floor wasn't. The beds were comfortable but weed smells coming from the corridor & outside caused migraines. We had a horrible night's sleep. On top of this terrible experience, a $100 deposit was required. I've stayed at many much nicer places & NEVER had to pay a deposit. We also had to pay per pet fee not one fee for pets per stay. It was awful, no breakfast, packs of jnstant grits and oatmeal, & coffee. We checked in about 9 & left at 5:30 AM. NEVER AGAIN"
