Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sikeston Southwest by IHG
2/10 Terrible
"The only thing good about our stay was the breasfast everything else was not. Room was not cleaned properly with leftover food in 2 corners of the rook and bobby pins on ottoman. The bath tube took forever to drain same with sink. White stuff on headboard. The room was so nasty. "
"Our first visit to a Drury Inn — what an amazing place. Not only was there an excellent breakfast with many choices, but there was also a light dinner served. This was all included for a very reasonable price. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be looking for more Drury Inns as we travel. "
"I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the property that made it uncomfortable to even be in the room. It’s clear that the hotel is in serious need of renovation and better upkeep.
The cleanliness was especially concerning. The room did not appear to have been properly cleaned, and the bedsheets seemed unchanged from the previous guest, which is completely unacceptable. Basic hygiene standards were not met, and it made the stay feel unhygienic and unsettling.
Overall, I would not recommend staying here. The management needs to address cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest experience before it can be considered a decent place to stay.

"The floor in the room was dirty. It needed sweeping. There was a large ball of human hair on the floor near the bed. The bed spread had 2 red stains on the cover. The sink in the bathroom had a defective stopper. The cover control rod was not working. To flush the toilet, you had to continuously hold down the handle until the water ran out. The deadbolt on the door does not work. It would not engage/out of alignment. Other than that, the room was good. This is room 210. James Ramsey"
"The hotel is beautiful and absolutely gorgeous!! Brand new. Very clean and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming and I mean All of the staff down to housekeeping. I would have given 5 stars but the pool heater wasn’t working and it was a bit too cold to swim so that was a little disappointing. Id definitely return again 😊"
"Mold on ceiling, pillows were absolutely filthy, dust everywhere, dirt getting stuck to feet on floors, Breakfast was nutra grain bars, cereal, and apples, terrible selection no hot food whatsoever. I do not recommend "
