Visited Annville Inn to celebrate our 30th Anniversary, and could not have made a better choice. The house and grounds are both amazing, and Rosalie and Craig are wonderful hosts. Breakfasts were delicious. Could not recommend more highly.

What a GORGEOUS place! The innkeeper and her husband made our stay extra special. The history of the inn was also quite interesting. Do not miss breakfast, you will be sorry if you do! Can't wait to go back!

A Gem Bed and Breakfast

This was an amazing experience for me and my husband. I will absolutely find reasons to go back just to have the opportunity to stay at Annville bed and breakfast. Not only was the property beautiful and had so many little detail touches that made it not like any other place we have stayed. Rosalie and Craig went above and beyond as hosts ensuring that we had a relaxing stay. Rosalie made incredible breakfasts every morning. Both Rosalie and Craig took so much time giving us suggestions and even booking us a reservation and printing out directions to numerous places to dine for lunch/dinner. They had wonderful personalities and I could have sat down and chatted for hours! We used the pool and hot tub and loved both. The gardens are beautiful and we adored the sun room listening to the birds and enjoying the Mountain View’s.

A slice of heaven

My mother and I had planned to attend the Joyce Meyer conference in Hershey and decided to give this place a shot. The website doesn't do the place justice. From the moment we arrived( we actually got there a bit early) we were welcomed with such a sincere smile and greeting. Now this is my first B&B but judging by the notes left my other guests this place is quite special. The amenities this place offers is endless and you truly feel as if your "home". The innkeeper went above and beyond to cater to our dietary needs ( lactose and gluten sensitivity) and even made us some homemade treats that we're gluten free as snacks. As you walk around the gardens or just have a chance to sit by the pool any stress or worry just melts away. I truly felt such peace and comfort and Hershey park was only 8 min away!! I can't wait to go back and would highly recommend this to any one single or couple if they are looking for some R&R. This lace really is a hidden jewel.

A fantastic experience from the start. The house is decorated for Christmas with over 47 trees and your stay starts with a tour of the house. The room was perfect. Breakfast was five star and we will be back next year to take a cooking class at the inn.

Loves every moment of our stay here at the Inn. From the details in the Southwestern room, the hospitality of Rosalee and Craig were outstanding and the endless experiences that the property offers. From the pool, jacuzzi garden maze and beautiful rode gardens. Will definitely be back.

A-MAZ-ING!!!! Friendly and Courteous. INCREDIBLE breakfast. Treat you like one of their Own. Most Stupendous Garden half a Thousand Roses, Tiny Waterfall and even a Labyrinth! Hammock and Night-View Sunset Pavilion Quiet and Peaceful. Maybe a Bon Fire? Wicked Sweet Location! Rooms are Home Good Feel Hot tub. English Manor was Phenomenal. Each room is Personalized with Unparalleled Detail. Secret Entrances Expansive Areas and A Beautiful Japanese Goldfish Pond next to the pool. We enjoyed our stay at the Annville Inn Bed and Breakfast. It was quiet with space to relax and enjoy the view. The breakfast was enjoyable and they took great pride in providing for guests with special diets. We will be return to this wonderful place.

Look no further

I NEVER write reviews but this property more than deserves a few minutes of praise. My girlfriend and I stayed at the Annville Inn for our 8th anniversary this past weekend and it was exactly the relaxed getaway we needed! Room was cozy yet spacious. I can't speak for the other rooms but ours (The English Manor Suite) had a hidden entrance within the halls of the inn and a private balcony with side entrance that allowed us the choice of seclusion or inclusion as needed. Breakfast was amazing. There is a game room with board games and a pool table along with a private surround sound movie theater available at all times within the inn. The grounds around the inn include a butterfly garden, model train scene, outdoor pool (which unfortunately wasn't open yet for the season), a mini garden maze and so much more. The innkeepers, Rosalie and Craig, couldn't be any nicer. So warm and inviting. They have great stories to tell and will happily advise you on local eats, activities or other adventures. Can't wait to go back!

Extremely friendly and helpful service along with the biggest and best breakfast you'll ever experience at a B&B. Many amenities not found at most B&Bs. It's a destination B&B for sure. I could have stayed there the whole time I was in the area. Great job by the Innkeeper.

Charming Inn near hershey, PA

Such a wonderful, relaxing and fun experience. Rosalie and her husband, Craig were wonderful at attending to our needs. They were so kind. Upon arriving they gave us a grand tour of the inn and history about the inn and surrounding area. There are so many places to relax, from the jacuzzi in the room, game room, theater room, sitting areas with books and games to several outside spaces. There are so many wonderful surprises inside and ouside of the inn. You have to check it out for yourself!

Don't miss the Annville Inn

Loved the Annville Inn. Great room, amazing breakfast and swimming pool on a super hot day was a delight. Rosalie and Craig are the perfect hosts. Highly recommend. Close enough to Hershey, but away from the congestion.

I am afraid to be candid as we will never be able to book it again but this was a gem! 100% a gem, a delight. Gorgeous location, the warmest hosts ever and a grand house. We were in the Secret Room, our doorway was hidden behind a bookcase that needed a secret way to open it into a beautiful room. This is a big home, a grand estate surrounded by corn fields and with a vista to the mountains in the distance. Our biggest regret, that we could have stayed for more days just to stay on the 3 acres of the grounds and relaxed
