Very good experience, friendly staff and neat room, a bit outdated but that was absolutely fine with me. Even though there were only 2 guests in hotel (between Christmas and New Year) the breakfast was plentiful and of good variety.

Relaxed stay in a quiet and comfortable hotel. Special mention to the staff and the quality of the beds. Good restaurant. The shower in the bathroom was mounted a bit low. Great location for trips in the area.

Hotelzimmer im 3. Stock so klein und schräg, dass man sich dauernd anstieß. Außerdem total heiß und stickig im Zimmer, da man über das schräge Dachfenster nicht ordentlich lüften konnte. Badezimmer war gut. Handtücher mit Grauschleier und zig kleine Shampooflaschen. Zimmergröße ca. 11qm + Bad, geht für 130,- Euro die Nacht überhaupt nicht - nie wieder!

Aufenthalt zu Zweit

Das Besondere an dieser Unterkunft ist die Lage. Kleine enge Gasse direkt über einem Bach gebaut und daneben eine schöne große Terrasse. Sehr ruhig. Familiär geführtes Hotel. super freundliches Personal. Leckeres Essen und ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet. Großes Zimmer und sauber. Manko: die in die Jahre gekommenen Armaturen könnten etwas „Liebe“ gebrauchen. Fazit nach zwei Nächten: jederzeit gerne wieder!

German stopover

Lovely hotel with restaurant and garden, brilliant on a hot evening. Nearby parking but only a few spaces. Annweiler is an unspoilt small German town with lots of nearby walks in Black Forrest. Hotel is simple, clean and in a lovely location in the centre of the old town.

Ein schoenes Hotel in guter Lage. Trotz der (den momentanen Bedingungen geschuldeten) Einschraenkungen war alles in Ordnung. Fruehstueck war auch gut und reichhaltig. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Hotel ist sehr ansprechend und wir haben uns in der gemütlichen und familiären Atmosphäre sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer ist hell und freundlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders gut fanden wir den gefliesten Boden. (hygienisch) Das Bad ist mit einer tollen Eckbadewanne (Whirlpool) ausgestattet . Leider haben die Düsen nicht funktioniert. Erneuert werden sollten die Dichtungen an der Duschtür. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Wir hatten diese Unterkunft gewählt, weil wir hier unseren Hund mitnehmen konnten. Die angegebene Entfernung zu Edenkoben stimmte nicht (es waren mehr Kilometer). Frühstück war gut, Service war gut. Leider waren wir zu kurz da. Die hauseigenen Parkplätze sind nicht ganz einfach zu finden, aber zum Glück ist ein großer öffentlicher kostenloser Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe. Unterkunft ist mit gutem Gewissen weiter zu empfehlen.
