"We had a wonderful romantic stay at this beautiful hotel with absolutely stunning views. The sun lights up the place from morning through afternoon, making it the perfect spot to relax. Main pool is not really meant for lounging since it is directly connected with the restaurant and there’s no real chairs to relax on. It is therefore better to book a room with a private pool. "Although check in was at 3 we had to wait an hour to 4 before it was ready. When it was time to check out we weren’t granted an extra hour that we would have appreciated to coordinate our ferry ride but were told we could hang around the hotel no problem. We decided to stay at the restaurant for dinner one evening and although there was only the two of us in the restaurant the service was very slow and they didn’t have the wine we ordered from the wine list. We only wanted a glass each and the only other option was to order a bottle. On our second day we returned around 4 pm from a day out and the room still hadn’t been made. The front desk we assume hadn’t told the cleaning staff that they’d need a key as our door code didn’t work. Small inconveniences but overall the hotel is good and modern and the room was spacious. We did try the spa and it was excellent! Oh the included buffet breakfast was excellent!"
