"The only Pro is a great location. Everything else is negative. The instructions were provided only at 10 a.m., when you should check in. I was already driving at that time without even knowing the exact address where I was going. Parking is on the street. You can arrange an overnight parking for $10 but it is possible only when you contact them before 5 pm. I have arrived at 4.40 pm and called several times but no one responded. "The place is listed as sleeps 6. Yet there were only two bath towels and a floor towel. There was no toilet paper. I had to walk 4 blocks to buy some. There must be someone else on the same remote as the channels kept changing on the TV. The private parking lot is is 1.5 blocks away. Maps was not able find it as the address provided does not match the location of the lot. Probably the lot main office. The place was very clean. "At first sight I thought the room was nice and as advertised. Nonetheless, we found two cockroaches in the room, our pillows were old and formless, the bathroom sink's handle came out of its hinges, the showerhead was defective and did not offer a comfortable spread of water and finally they had a scheduled construction right next to our room window and while having other rooms available, failed to inform us and give us a chance to move.
