"Home away from home. Very relaxing and quiet. Shawn is extremely hospitable and his team made our stay very comfortable. "Great resort, free self-service laundry. Bring your own pods in a plastic soap dish. Fabric sheets in a zip loc bag. Book your excursions there, they are very efficient with those. Book your dinner reservations when you get there. Silk and Calabash are upstairs in the air conditioning. Didn't go to the vegan restaurant. The Italian restaurant has fan but not air conditioning. Lovely resort and super nice staff. Waterpark closes at 5. Go see the petting zoo, take a few carrots or an apple. Gym was very efficient for anyone who works out. Be sure to fill out your custom form before going and print it makes the process a lot faster and smoother. Ask the front when the merchants are coming to the resorts with the possible souvenir's. Much nicer than going off the resort to buy them. Take advantage of the free shuttle to the other beach. This resort is on the Atlantic side so the water isn't crystal clear. We did the land and sea excursion. It was fantastic"
