Excellent hotel, brilliant stay

What an excellent place. Anelli is surely one brilliant hotel located not far at all from the local bus ans tram service and also about a mere 40 min walk away from Konyaalti beach. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the breakfast, the service. Everything was excellent. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable and very decent three star hotel.

Good stay in Antalya

Location was very good to visit Antalya. We were lucky enought to find a parking spot right in front of the building, but I believe it wouldn't have been hard to find street parking nearby. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was also OK. Breakfast was simple, but enough to start the day. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Anelli is very nıce hotel. Good location, the room we stayed was spacious, clean, aırcon is working. Everyday cleaned. Breakfast is very good, every things are fresh. We stayed 6 days. No problem. Prıce ıs not expensıve, cheaper then some lover grade hotel. Thanks to all staff.

This is the last time I book a stay with anelli hotel. I had to check in a few hours later and when I finally got to the hotel to check in they told me that they have canceled my booking because I didn't arrive on time and that they had no more rooms available. after a long time they found a solution, I got a room and they told me that I can only stay in the room for 1 night and that the next day I will get a new room and that was just not okay. I told the reception that I don't want anyone to go into the room to clean, they said okay to that. I left the hotel to go to the beach, when I came back a few hours later I could see that they had been inside my room and taken the one bed - all my things were on the bed, they had taken my things and put them on other bed also they have taken the one bed. I was completely shocked and it's not okay for them to tamper with my things, it was so uncomfortable to think of someone tampering with my things. again I told them not to enter the room but they did it again to clean, then there was one morning when I was sleeping with the door locked and I woke up with a shock because the cleaning staff opened the room with their keys and I ran up and slammed the door. it made me very uncomfortable to stay in that hotel as a woman alone and therefore I had to leave the hotel.

The room that we received was not what we reserved. They were two small adjoining economy rooms instead of the junior suite that was reserved. Our children had booked the same place but when they indicated the check-in time, they didn't notice that the reservation day rolled over. Even though they had paid for their room and they had an available room at 1:30 am, they would not honour the reservation or the payment and would not allow them to stay in the room. In our rooms there were 3 beds instead of 2, but only bedding for 2 and reception would not provide bedding for the 3rd bed. The food in the morning was ok. The juice was undrinkable, the yoghurt was not the normal thick Mediterranean yoghurt, but runny and thin. The buns were good, the eggs, zucchini, stewed sausage were good. Cheeses and olives were ok as well. The kitchen staff were helpful. The morning reception was a bit more helpful but was still unable to direct us to a manager to resolve the other room charges and lack of use.
