I had a wonderful experience. Nice room with view the the city. Good location, close to the beach and shopping area. Good food and drinks. Efficient and fast service. My room was cleaned every single day. Most important thing that is very attentive, polite and the nicest staff. Totally recommend!

Meget dårlig.

Det var en skuffelse… Værelserne lugter meget meget gammel bygning. Købt all inklusive men det var ikke alt der var inkluderet… Drikker vare meget billig mærklige vare aldrig har set.. Værelserne bliver sprøjtet med insekt middel… lugter af insekt middel hvilken er meget u sundt… masser sølvfisk i værelserne derfor sprøjter det med insekt middel.. jeg måtte desvære tjek ud igen med det samme uden ønske af refundering af penge.

La comida es horrible y se repite cada día ,el todo incluido es una estafa porque hay muy pocas cosas incluidas y solo hay un par de horas que puedes pedir ,luego todo es de paga ,el wifi son 3€al día . La bebida vino y cerveza no se puede beber,terrible sabor ,y café es de la maquinas no cafetera ,es un engaño la presentación en las páginas . Recojen la comida antes de su tiempo y si llegais 5 min. antes de terminar el horario te dirán que tienes que pagar.También las habitaciones en la ultima planta son horrorosas saleis de la habitación directamente a comedor, a si que vais escuchar mucho ruido si vienes a descansar y también en los habitaciones que estuvimos ,el olor es desagradable. La piscina tam poco es gran cosa no se puede ni nadar y las tumbonas son solo para 5 pax.

Fick byta rum 3 ggr pga kryp i badrummen, smutsiga lakan med hår & smutsigt golv till slut fick vi ett okej rum fast dock funkade inte AC och det luktade fukt i hela rummet. Wifi fanns inte heller på rummet & sängarna var inte heller bekväma. De kändes som man låg på en madrass på golvet i princip. Vi fick även utslag på kroppen som vi fortfarande inte vet vad de är. Frukosten var enformig & de kändes inte som matsäkerheten var på topp då jag blev magsjuk. Poolen på taken var helt okej, lite mögel i kanterna men annars väldigt mysigt läge med utsikt över alanya. Servicen var helt okej, dom i receptionen var snälla men några som jobbade i resturangen var sliskiga & gav mig och min vännina en känsla av obehag vilket även gjorde så vi bara åt frukost där 3 ggr trots vi var där i 9 nätter. Det enda positiva med detta hotell var läget, de var okej avstånd till strand, nära bargatan samt butiker.
