Für den Preis absolut in Ordnung. Wir haben oft Tee vom Besitzer angeboten bekommen. Obwohl dieser kein Deutsch oder Englisch konnte, hat er sich viel Mühe gegeben sich mit uns zu verständigen. Außerdem konnte sein Sohn sich mit uns auf Englisch verständigen. Das Hotel war sauber und der Besitzer war sehr hilfsbereit.

We got deceived

We stayed for a night. Everything was okey until the time of departure. They came to us with red spot from fruits and directly saying that it will not go out after washing and charged us for this 75 TL!! I said to them i can wash it and prove it that it will go when its fresh. At the end i got this sheet and there is no sign of a red spot they were so sure it will stay. And anyway all around its smelling with cats poo and pee. Only location is nice. But if u think u will have quite cheap stay there, dont be shoced if they will run behind u with sth to charge u...

It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had, I took a one night , (it was connection flight) , and for the the price I didn’t expect much , The moment when I entered the hotel I wanted to cancel it, they weren’t welcoming at all, felt uncomfortable, I ordered 2 rooms for 6 people , and they said that the reservation only for 4 people , and I had to pay extra!!! and they keep asking questions like no end!!!, and there was one shared bathroom for 5 room!! also one key can open all the rooms!! (I entered someone else room by mistake) , the worst thing ever!

Die Unterkunft ist zwar relativ zentral gelegen, doch die negativen Aspekte überwiegen. Die Zimmer sind nicht sauber und haben teilweise defekte Ausstattung: Klospülung hat nicht funktioniert (wurde trotz Beschwerde nicht repariert), Haare und Staub lagen auf Fußboden und Bett, steinharte Handtücher, fehlender Haarföhn etc. Für jedes Zimmer gibt es nur einen Schlüssel (altertümlich, sehr einfach zu knacken), sodass dieser sofern das Zimmer gereinigt werden soll abgegeben werden muss -> daher empfiehlt es sich die Wertsachen mitzunehmen (kein Safe im Zimmer). Positiv war die ruhige zentrale Lage und die funktionierende Klimaanlage. Die erste Nacht haben wir ein Zimmer im Keller bekommen, für das es nur ein Gemeinschaftsbad gab. Am nächsten Tag konnten wir in unser eigentliches Zimmer umziehen. Grundsätzlich würden wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen aufgrund der vielen negativen Aspekte. Würden diese behoben werden, wäre das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gut.

Bon rapport qualité prix et bon service

Hotel bien situé à côté de la vieille ville. Les chambres sont simples mais valent le prix. Le propriétaire nous a gentiment aidé pour trouver un taxi pour Termessos avec un ami à un très bon prix. Il nous a gardé les bagages la journée. Tres bon service avec le thé offert ! Merci

Cheat on booking

This is serious complain to Hotels.com crew. Please take care of this and do the necessary. I'm not writing this to publish but just to warn you; but If you thinking publishing is useful, of course you can. I cannot stayed there, cause property is not accepted me. Normally I want to one single & double room, but they're refused to provide me two seperate rooms, it's looking available on the hotels.com. Then when I'm arrived there, we argued some, then give back my money and ousted. My prediction (and getting some knowledge from locals) is: they're selling the rooms several times in a day with 2-3 hours renting. And making plus revenue of all rooms especially in high season. And they possibly cheating Hotels.com or other bookmakers.

Very bad it’s a building very bad man in the reception , we are booking online, 3 girls , and when we arrived to the location we see a building with Many guys the reception man is vulgar not responsible he recycled my bags out and he say go out!! And He began to scream and tried to attack us. I do not advise anyone to book him I talk to Expedia to help but it did not help me , knowing that it gave wrong information and that it does not have an elevator

Я бронировала одноместный номер на три дня. Приехала в отель примерно через полчаса после бронирования и, видимо, к моему приезду не готовились. Вместо обещанного при бронировании номера с двуспальной кроватью, ЖК телевизором и письменным столом мне дали конуру в подвале, в которой еле поместились односпальная кровать, тумбочка и шкаф, на котором стоял старый квадратный телевизор. В комнате стоял стойкий запах сырости, постельное бельё было влажным, из окна под потолком открывался вид на склад с какими-то коробками и бутылками, солнечный свет в комнату почти не проникал. Меня, правда, сразу предупредили, что это только на первый день, а на последующие два дадут другую комнату, но никакую скидку за подобное издевательство не сделали. Новая комната была чуть получше, уже не в подвале и с нормальным окном, с письменным столом и маленьким ЖК телевизором, но всё ещё с односпальной кроватью, которая тоже еле помещалась в комнату, т.к. ширина номера была лишь чуть побольше ширины односпальной кровати. Персонал не знает ни слова по-английски. Понятия не имею, как там селятся люди, которые не знают турецкого. Из плюсов, пожалуй, только расположение - в 1 минуте от старого города и парка.

Amazing location. So close to old town!

Ideal location to stay. It’s too close to old town and every good eatery and places to shop are so nearest on walking distance and ismetpasa is close to 10 mins walk so you can get tram easily. It’s on main attaturk street. A little more work on maintenance is needed like we shared a washroom with other people that was just a hassle.
