My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hayal Residence Apart Otel for a delightful 10-day vacation. Our accommodation consisted of a cozy one-bedroom flat with a living room, kitchenette, bathroom, and a charming small patio. Despite being on the lower ground floor, the flat was wonderfully bright and immaculate. The amenities provided were excellent and made our stay extremely convenient. We appreciated having a washing machine, kettle, large fridge with a freezer, and an oven at our disposal. Both of the room had an AC, as well the hotel had a wifi connection but we didn’t use it, as we user our mobile connection for the internet. The small patio was an added bonus where we could comfortably dry our clothes. The surrounding area was a true gem—quiet and serene, yet bustling with activity due to the proximity of numerous shops, restaurants, and a shopping center. It was perfect for both relaxation and exploring local attractions. Moreover, the staff at Hayal Residence Apart Otel were exceptional. They were always nice, helpful, and polite, ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. Considering the quality of the accommodation and the superb service, the value for money was excellent. Thank you, Hayal Residence Apart Otel, for an unforgettable stay. We look forward to our next visit!

Be aware

I had booked a 3 person room for 2 adults for one night. When my boyfriend and I arrived to the reception the lady at the front desk immediately switched to Turkish (I do not speak it, but my boyfriend does). She claimed I had only paid for one person, instead of how it actually goes (you pay for nights, not per person). My boyfriend pointed this out, I showed every single receipt I had of the transaction and the reservation and she kept insisting that the price was paid for one person and I needed to pay more. She also wanted to see a receipt in English, which I did not have, since I used the website in my native language. Finally she gave up, still murmuring about updating the price.They gave us (in my opinion) the worst room they had, with no windows and it was right next to the entrance to the entire hotel, on the ground floor. Granted, maybe it was my misunderstanding by the pictures provided, that the room would at least have some windows...

Das Zimmer/Appartment war groß. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Nähe zu den öffis und Einkauf war auch sehr gut. Es gab aber leider auch einiges negatives: - wir hatten für 4 Personen gebucht - mussten das Ausziehbett selber beziehen (?) sollte in einem Hotel gleich gemacht sein. - beim Frühstücken mussten wir durch den Raucherbereich des Restaurants, was mit 2 Kindern absolut unangenehm war - der Portier am Abend grüßte nur wenn man ihn als erstes gegrüßt hat - geputzt wurde in den 5 Tagen kaum bis gar nicht, was auch sehr unangenehm im Sommer war. - wir mussten unseren Müll täglich selber raus bringen - wir mussten die 2 Säfte der Kinder täglich selber zahlen da sie außer dem Tee nichts für sie hatten

Maalesef beklentimizin çok altındaydı.

Bir apart otel olduğunu biliyorduk ve bu nedenle beklentimiz gayet düşüktü. Ama buna rağmen oda beklentimizin çok altındaydı. Yatak çok eski ve hiç rahat değildi. Yatak gıcırtısından bebeğimiz sürekli uyandı. Salondaki yatağa dönüşen koltuk da hiç rahat değildi. Temizlik baştan savma yapılmıştı; yerler ve mutfak tezgahı çok kirliydi. Birkaç kez elektrik sigortaları durduk yere attı. Banyo aşırı küçüktü. Konum olarak fena değildi. Ancak yürüme mesafesinde halk plajı yok. Yakında (400-500 metre) büyük marketler var.

Perfekt place to stay

i was a little bit afraid because of some of the comments made about the hotel, but first impression of the hotel, staff and specialy the apart. rooms was without any dought impressively good. i only did reserve one night, but i will most likely use this place again. very clean We arrived very late and left wery early but there where always staff around. Since we arrived very late 23.00 +++ we did not buy any water on the way, but when i asked the stuff they opened the restaurant for me and i did buy some water and other cool drinks. Negative side: They dont have Lion milk + the lights at the tv room area could be less comfortable and more bright.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!

Hotel was clean Not an apart hotel as advertised which is the only reason i booked. There was only a fridge. No kitchen facilities. We had no water in any othe the raps or shower or any electricity between the hours of 9 am and 4pm each day we stayed. Hotel didnt evwn provide bottled water i had to go out and buy water just to clean my kids. I requested a refund so i could book somwhere else as i needed water as it is a basic human right. They REFUSED a refund and told me that my room was NON REFUNDABLE even though it was not suitable for anyone to live in. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Отличный новый отель в хорошем районе

Очень хороший отель! Выбирали именно в этом районе, искали вариант с кухней, чтобы можно было самим готовить. Отель новый, все в отличном состоянии, фото соответствуют действительности. В номере было чисто и уютно, много места - спальня и кухня-гостиная. Есть все необходимое: чайник, плита, холодильник, посуда и даже утюг со стиральной машиной! Правда сковорода и кастрюля были совсем маленькие, но на двоих готовить можно. Был выход в сад, где можно обедать и сушить белье. Слышимость минимальная. Есть лифт, есть хороший вайфай. Персонал приветливый, никаких проблем не возникло. Единственный недостаток - мы жили на минус первом этаже - периодически доносился запах канализации, в связи с этим в номере установлен автоматический освежитель воздуха, но он не спасал, так что лучше берите номер выше. Местоположение отеля прекрасное! Рядом остановка, можно без проблем доехать и в аэропорт, и на пляж, и в старый город. Также рядом большой гипермаркет Мигрос и другие магазины.

Stayed here in August. Apartment had all necessities unfortunately property was rather loud due to building / renovations during our stay meaning no peaceful mornings. Our apartment was not really cleaned during our 7+ days stay. The cleaning lady mopped the communal area in our apart on one occasion and provided additional towels (after being asked) but no clean bed linen provided etc. A sofa bed was advertised but our apartment did not have this and a floor mattress was provided instead. The shower / tub in our apartment also leaked onto the floor. Can’t fault the friendliness of the staff and apart is near city centre however 20ish minutes drive from the real beaches in Antalya so bear that in mind depending on what kind of holiday you want. There is a swimming platform less than 5min walk away however only for competent swimmers and not for those who like shallow waters to play in. Overall a decent place but could benefit from improvements such as regular cleaning and less noise.

Den lejlighed fik vi første dag var meget indelukket og mørk. Ingen vindue i stuen. Der var kun en lille vindue i det lille soveværelse. Klimaanlægget virkede ikke optimalt. Den ene fungerede slet ikke. Sovesofa fuldt hele "stuen", hvis man kunne kalde stue. I virkeligheden var gang. Håndklæderne var plettede. Selvom jeg var booket lejligheden til 4, var der dyner, puder og håndklæder til 2 personer. Sengetøj blev ikke skiftet og vi skulle selv spørger efter håndklæder og toiletpapir. Den anden lejlighed fik i dag 2 var heller ikke bedre end den første. De var ved at bygge/ombygge, så var der meget larm fra morgen tidlig. Alt i alt var det ikke god oplevelse.

تنقصه الخدمات ولاكنه جيد

الاقامه كانت رائعه فالموقع جيد وقريب جدا من البحر حيث يوجد ثلاث أماكن لسباحه هناك الغرف نظيفة لايوجد لديهم إفطار ولا يوجد كذالك ممر لعربات الأطفال ولايوجد هناك مساعده من أجل الحقائب ستظطر لرفعها بنفسك

Ailemle bayram tatilinin son 3 gününü geçirmek için konaklamadıpımız apart otelden çok memnun kaldık. Personeli her defasında güler yüzle karşıladı ve yardımcı oldular. Kesinlikle tekrar konaklamak isteyeceğimiz bir yer lokasyonu çok iyi.
