"We stayed in the Olive Garden room where we had our own private garden and balcony. The location of the hotel is perfect, in the centre of the old town amongst all the nightlife, but equally out of the way if you want some quiet time. You are able to park your car next to the hotel, which is very convenient (speak to staff). The breakfast is fantastic. We also ate dinner there one night, and the burgers are very tasty and great value."

10/10 Excellent

"Excellent place for families. Plenty of activities for kids and adults, so no one will be bored. Food and drinks are always available with a lot of variety. The main restaurant offers a wide number of dishes, In addition to that there are two complementary restaurants which offer burgers, rolls and grilled meat and fish. If you are a foodie, you will pleasently surprised. A Special thanks to front desk staff (Naz) for helping us secure a late check-out. We highly recommend this resort and hope to come back again."

"Our stay was nice overall. The reception and bar staff were very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the restaurant service did not meet the same standard. Female staff are really welcoming and smiling . One english speaking male restaurant staff member at end of trip was rude and made two of us move to a different seating area, saying that the original table had been prepared for five people with forks and knives which is not marked reserved .However, later a single guest was allowed to sit at that same table without any issue, which felt unfair and discriminatory. Another concern was the lack of clear information about food ingredients. Staff were unable to explain ingredients in English for allergy-related questions, and vegetarian options were not clearly labelled. When asking about dishes, we were only given the recipe names rather than proper information about the ingredients, making it difficult for guests with dietary requirements to choose safely. The hotel itself was pleasant, but the restaurant experience needs improvement in terms of staff attitude, inclusivity, and communication about food options."
