"The hotel is situated next to the old town and is about a 20-minute walk from the beach, which is not a public beach. To reach the nearest open beach, you will need to take a bus and then walk for about 10 minutes. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, I found the edge of the bathtub to be unsafe it has a sharp metal edge that has caused my leg to hurt every time I've used the toilet."

The whole hotel is just really beautiful but more than this the staff that run it are amazing from the moment I stepped from my taxi and was greeted at the amazing door to the moment I left everyone was more than lovely to me… this hotel really is 5 star… I’ve found my forever holiday destination!!.. beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean.. pools are lovely, food is amazing, entertainment top notch, I could just go on and on… but I would like to thank all the staff.. from reception, pool area, chefs, cleaner’s everyone for making my stay .. perfect… I can not recommend this hotel highly enough… and I WILL be returning..
