This hotel worked perfectly for us. The staff were very helpful which was important for us because my husband has some mobility issues. They helped us make arrangements for special tours and provided other services. The rooms were spotless and well maintained. We chose a family room because the layout gave us lots of space. The location was just what we wanted. It is very close to the old city area, a easy walk, but also provides an introduction to a friendly contemporary neighborhood with good local restaurants which we really enjoyed. Great shopping is also close. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The hotel is situated next to the old town and is about a 20-minute walk from the beach, which is not a public beach. To reach the nearest open beach, you will need to take a bus and then walk for about 10 minutes. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, I found the edge of the bathtub to be unsafe it has a sharp metal edge that has caused my leg to hurt every time I've used the toilet.

Rooms were not very clean. Of our four rooms, one had non working AC (wouldn’tget cold), one the trash was not emptied in the bathroom when we arrived, one the shower leaked over the bathroom floor and both the bathroom and bed were covered in hair. The area around is not particularly nice. Is about a 15 minute walk to the cuter Old Town area. We just stayed for one night in passing through and were glad to leave.

I recently stayed at PRIVADO Hotels and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is budget-friendly and conveniently located within walking distance to the city centre. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with a special thanks to the receptionist, Isil, for her exceptional service.
