I had an amazing stay at The Royal City Hotel in Antalya! The hotel was super clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety, and the central location made it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed only for a day with family and it was good. I love the location it was very easy to find and well connected with piblic transportation. The restaurants and beach were in walking distance. I stayed there with family and we liked it.

Good location. Balcony, good view & good to look at all the action below. Nice breakfast. Great, helpful staff. Pool to cool off in the 43°! Would like to have had the kettle provided with cups etc, but got one when asked.

Great service , helpful and friendly. Good breakfast variety. Rooms could do with a refurbishment, paint was peeling off walls , door leading to the balcony would not close properly. Overall good for a couple of nights, but wouldn't recommend for a family holiday of 4 people and if you stat any longer than 3 days.

The area is quite noisy, so for relaxation it's not recommended. rooms/bathroom needs maintenance. you don't find kettle in the room! receptions staff are friendly .

Lovely stay

We loved our stay at The Royal City Hotel Antalya. It's in a very central spot with bars, restaurants, taxis on the doorstep. Lovely views and close to the airport. Hotel is on a very busy road so if you dont like noise at night then it may not be for you. However, we loved being in the middle of things so didn't mind. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the room was cleaned evry day and new towels, linen and toiletries provided. Room was basic but all you needed, with fridge, hairdryer, balcony and very good air-conditioning. Breakfast was buffet style with fresh amd varied food, eggs, bread, greens, fruit etc. The swimming pool was lovely when you arrived back after the heat or if you just wanted to chill out for a while. Lovely little touches like the bed decoration on our last night and water daily for your room.

Great and central location but the room itself needs renovation as it has mold, leaking tubes and broken facilities. There are no non-smoking rooms in the hotel which should be informed about on the website.

The hotel does not look like the pictures shown online. The property is much older in reality, and the rooms and facilities did not match the description or photos. I was expecting a more modern and well-maintained place based on the listing, but that was not the case. This was extremely disappointing and misleading. I would not have booked this hotel if the photos reflected the actual condition.

The hotel is not beach front property. There is a shuttle that will take you there and it’s 30-40 mins away!

Antalya holiday

The hotel was good but not as expected. No facilities for making tea in the room were provided. The breakfast was very basic. The fast food restaurants are not to far. The staff are helpful particularly Jaffar. Overall the holiday was good.

The photos are deceiving. Rooms are old, rusted and small. Balcony is nice facing the water but very noisy. The doors and windows are not sound proof so if you're a light sleeper, I do not recommend this hotel

Lovely stay

We loved our stay at The Royal City Hotel Antalya. It's in a very central spot with bars, restaurants, taxis on the doorstep. Lovely views and close to the airport. Breakfast - 3 v. small toms.; 5 olives; 3 slices cucumber; 1 spreading cheese segment; 1 small wedge feta style cheese; small sachets of honey, choc. spread & butter + bread as required. Coffee v. bitter. Tea - only bitter Turkish. Swimming pool dry in mid May. No change of towels in 7 days. No room servicing. Balcony door jammed & v. hard to open. Duvet too small for 2 people. Sea view (no beach - rugged cliffs only) is across a main road directly below balcony - extremely noisy! Permission given to overstay in room for late flight but was then charged another day for doing so even though hotel only sparsely occupied. Our complaint re. poor facilities was met with 'What do you expect for the price!' Avoid this place. There are many others!

Una sobredosis de humo de cigarrillo te recibe al entrar al lobby del hotel (costumbre turca de fumar y fumar en cualquier lado). Creímos que eran huéspedes que estaban en el lobby pero al poco tiempo nos dimos cuenta que eran los administradores y su familia (otra costumbre turca, la familia del administrador vive o utiliza las instalaciones como si viviera en el lugar). La habitación es normal pero por ejemplo la heladera estaba sucia y no funcionaba. El baño tenía hongos. Lo peor empezó al otro día cuando fuimos al desayuno que pagamos aparte… 3 fetas de fiambre, una ensalada de papas, algunos huevos (viejos), y jugos en botellas apretadas de plastico que se toma en viejos vasos de ..plástico… más algunas manzanas. Perdimos los 4 desayunos más porque era lo mismo. Cuando quisimos consultar por la heladera nos encontramos con una pareja durmiendo en el sillón. Cada vez que bajamos esa mañana. Y así todos los días el sillón del lobby lleno de gente (la familia de administradores) que estaban comiendo fumando y durmiendo… tampoco hicieron el servicio de limpieza ningún día, ni nos cambiaron las toallas, papel, sábanas. Ni sacaron la basura. Pésimo servicio. Y lo peor que dan la impresión de no importarles nada. A veces son hasta 7 u 8 personas ahí pasando el día y me pregunto si no podrían manejar mejor el hotel. Una lástima. No es feo el hotel. Está algo remodelado y en muy linda zona. Mientras no cambie la administración no vayan.
