One of the best resorts that I have been there. The entertainment team was so amazing they are super kind, energetic and friendly. The bar staff were incredibly professional and respectful. Foods were very delicious and varied. They let us stay and use the facilities even after check out because our flights were late afternoon and it was so convenient for us. Best hosting ever. Highly recommended. Just it's better to know that this is a family resort and you would see so many kids.

The adminstrative staff was terrible. Food staff was unfriendly. If you have a problem , there is no body in yhe reception or especially the guest relation that can help you.

Every thing was good but the most of foods was taste less , the shown in arena was same all was about acrobatic shows which first and last was good because all was same , the staff in pool bar which were supposed to entertain us(from10-12) was’t friendly enough. Good points was people Working at the restaurant they were friendly and hard working so dose the other workers in hotel, pools was perfect also the water park . There was a small problem in rooms which they weren’t soundproof . As summary royal seginus got 17 out of 20 which was acceptable.

Everything was nice. The activity at night, the pools, the water activity, and the see side. But I just have two issue I wish if they can solve it. The first one I hope if they can review the time of the water falls and make it up to 6:30pm. And the second issue I hope they can provide some snacks at the room like chocolate and chips. Over all I will come back to the hotel next year.

It was acceptable The biggest problem that we book a standard room and get an handicapped room Then they do not come to clean the room except once even we call them and call the reciption A ot of people and the fast food open only for 2 hours Specially ice cream in hot weather

We like every thing in the hotel. Room, food, entertainment, facilities ! However we missed something that I can't explain it! But I can say it's the "Hospitality"!! May be it's silly things but it makes the difference between hotels .. like they don't have bath robe as standard in thier rooms and if you want one you have to pay 1 euro per day . It's not about the one euro but it's all about customer satisfaction .. add the one euro on top of the room fee and don't ask for one euro for some thing it should be standard feature in 4 star hotels . Add to this example many other examples like the babycar, fresh juice etc... But again, to be fair the we enjoyed our holiday thier and I can't ignore the service and the good food in addition to the brilliant entertainment team so I highly recommeed the hotel and hopefully they took my notes in thier consideration Thanks and looking forward to come back

Excellent resort with plenty of activities to do. Spent 5 days there and wished we had booked more. The food is great and there is so many different choices. Dinner was the most packed and it would be difficult to find a clean empty table. The staff were great and helpful. I think people should be able to get their own drinks during meals instead of having to wait for waiter to bring them. The pools are big and spread out all throughout the resort with plenty of room to swim. Kids aqua park and splash pad were amazing. The beach and the bars are close to resort and the shuttle to beach saves you the 5 minute walk. Overall great place and the animation team are wonderful.

Not the best hotel in Lara
Fisrtly i will mention the positive things 1.the food is excellent,very delicious and fresh. 2. The rooms are big and comfortable,very good air conditioner. 3.nice pools and multiple attractions. Bad things: 1.we wait for our check in one hour because they didn’t find our reservation. 2.we paid extra money to get a room with see view,in fact we got a view of the opposite hotel with 5 cm see view 3.very poor wifi,the average speed is less than 1 mpb. Conclusion:a good hotel to spend the vacation,but if you have a another choice than choose it Dr thaeer asi

I don't like the food , first of all the breakfast lunch and dinner hours are not good at all , second thing at the pool and the beach you don't have much time to eat , then if you get to eat if your fortunate the food tasts bland and not fresh , food court smells bad also ,, Overall i liked everything sbout this hotel exept for the food
