I was very happy with this hotel, it was an excellent value. Great location right on the tram line, so you can get anywhere easily. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were all so nice and welcoming.

Perfect for family

I visited with my husband and daughter 3years, the hotel is very clean and comfortable for family, my daughter enjoyed herself while, the receptionists were very friendly and helpful,the breakfast was good especially the coffee. The hotel is accessible with public transport incase of touring around, i would choose it again.

Nice location Friendly people Internet in the room is near Zero ! Very poor I fell on the floor and hurt my left knee, there was soapy water on black marble stone in the hallway. they missed to dry the are after wash and as I entered the lobby from outside I slipped badly.

We stayed for one night the day before our flight. Reception staff were very nice and helpful. We had 2 connecting rooms for family of 4, very nice and spacious. Bathroom was nice and clean.

Had a good stay overall, staff was very friendly and always helped to the best of their abilities. Had a few small problems like the rainfall shower which didn’t really work that well and not enough hot water for everyone (I don’t know if that’s in their control though). Breakfast was lovely every morning and the seating area was nice and calm as well.

Good, new and clean property. Especially, shower, and all toilets in the hotel. 15 minutes walking distance till Kaleici and tourist's market. Also the tram station near the hotel is very convenient and cheap to get to the down town.

This was very goo value for money and the staff was very helpful, despite the language barrier. I would have given them 5 stars across the board. However, cleaning was missed on one day, during our stay. Plus, the bed was too soft for me, a firmer of bed would have suited me better. I should have asked for a change of room. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff are kind especially the staff during the midnight until 10am and the female staff during the day. Those 2 staffs are amazing. They are always keep on greeting and smiling to us. They are accommodating. However; there is one person who is a bit rude because we are in the dining room staying their for a while and suddenly he turned off the Aircon while we are there and it is too hot their. But overall it's okay and we enjoyed staying.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Large breakfast bar.hotel is full of modern amenities. Managers welcome sincere attitude towards guest during my lobby visit was something i have not seen before at any hotel during my worldwide stays. My second day i got to meet gen. Manager I watched a real pro in action. I listen to their plans for opening more facilities. I rate entire facility 15 in scale of 0 to 10. THANK YOU very much. See you in my future trips back to Antalya Turkiye.

The hotel was very clean, the rooms are spacious and sparkling clean. However, we were not able to catch any night sleep. We had to leave for the airport at 3am and were spending one night there. The area around hotel is very noisy, a lot of cars moving on the Main Street all night. The walls are paper thin. In addition, we had very loud neighbors. It sounded as if parents left their children in the room next to ours and those guys were screaming like crazy and slamming their door while running about 50 times a night until almost 2 am when their parents finally showed up. The receptionist was not able to help since they didn’t speak English. Sorry, but never again.

Toprak City Motel is very neat and clean. It looks as though it has been recently renovated. It's in a narrow deadend street but easy to turn a car around or the shuttle mini bus. Private, locked car park on premises. Breakfast was included in my room hire but unfortunately it was the same minimalist warm menu every day for my 9 day stay. There is a great-tasting chicken takeaway store on the tram road (wraps and pieces and big burger), 100m walk, I recommend it. Satellite TV in all rooms but the only English speaking program is Sky News (ch 850) and Bloomberg (ch 849), all the rest are Turkish, and a couple of Polish, German, Russian programs. The surrounding buildings are quite old, being 6 storey residential apartments (lots and lots of them) and retail businesses. If you want the newest modern area, but pay double the rent, then you'd have to look at Antalya City centre, about 20 minute drive from Toprak.
