Hotel çalışanları güleryüzlü ve yardımcılar. Yeri gayet güzel, merkezi, araçla gelenler için hemen yakında otopark mevcut. Odalar biraz eski, sivrisinek vardı. Kısa süreli kalışlar için uygun bir otel.

First of all, the hotel is excellently situated, within easy walking distance of many amenities and the Old Town. The tramway stop is very close and this will take you to the Airport or Bus Station. The staff (that we met) were polite and courteous and very helpful. But, the hotel is dirty and in a state of bad repair. The carpet on the stairs looks like it has v=never been cleaned as there was ground in dirt all the way up the stairs. Some of the carpet was coming away from the floor. The room we had was in a poor state. The view from the window was of a building area. The pillowcases were crumpled (but clean). The skirting board was peeling and the floorboards looked and felt unclean. In the bathroom / toilet, there were areas where the tiling had not been finished, exposes cables and voids that needed some finishing. The ceiling had a hole in it. In all the place was not what we expected and we felt so uncomfortable that we tried to spend most of the day away from the place. It is important (for us at least) to feel that we are in a place that is clean and cared for. The price was reasonable but not so cheap that one would expect this kind of service. We could have spoken to the manager about the state of the hotel, but we felt that we were only there for 2 days and what would the outcome have been? They took our money at check-in so the chance of a refund was small and other rooms would have been much the same. I took lots of photos but cannot upload here it seems.

Hotel in the perfect position for discovering the old town. Room was small with a balcony. Bathroom could have been cleaner, toilet leaked. Staff very nice and helpful. Overall a no frills hotel.

Great location & the staff was EXCELLENT.

Simple rooms but clean, confortable and in a great location (by Adrian's Gate -pick-up place for most organized tours- that is one entrance to the Old City and 3mins walking from the metro stop -metro goes directly to the airport-). The staff was EXCELLENT. Their kindness and attention made the stay perfect!
