"Very helpful staff and updated hotel. Reserved two nonsmoking suites but one was on a nosmoking floor and the one on the smoking floor still smelled of stale smoke. Hotel is part of a block in old part of town with many begging children and old women that tugged at our hearts and guilt. Nice street market nearby"

The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, effortlessly communicating in both English and French, which made the experience even more seamless and enjoyable. The hotel is ideally located next to one of the best dessert shops and a fantastic French restaurant, making it perfect for food lovers. "The stay in the hotel was very good. The staff was very informative and helpful, even though my French was not up to par with theirs. The room was excellent, and the breakfast was acceptable. The gym was adequate for a hotel. The location and the neighbourhood are sketchy, but there is security. If you use the hotel airport shuttle, remember it will cost you 25 Euros; nothing is free in Madagascar."
