The woman was helpful and told me to contact the guard if the party wasn't over @ 22.00. It wasn't. Contacted the reluctant guard @ 22.30 who told me to report problems to the reception the next day. Hotel Ville Park Premium - Sava Hotels & Resorts

Hotel Ville Park Premium - Sava Hotels & Resorts

10/10 Excellent
"The room was lovely, staff were extremely helpful, allowed us to stay in the car park and use the waterpark even after we checked out. The breakfast and evening meal was superb. Our only complaint was that my children were unable to use the gaming room and no one could explain why or when it opened back up. Overall an amazing hotel, location and staff"
