The beaches are gorgeous and parking is good if you decide to rent a car which I suggest if you want to explore the island. This resort is a little more remote than some but I loved that about it "

"We absolutely adore Buccaneer and come back every year. This adorable boutique hotel is perfect for those who don’t need an all inclusive experience. The rooms are so spacious and lovely, the staff is exceptional and the beach is one of the best on the island. There’s a small restaurant next to it that you can get drinks and sit on their beach chairs. It’s private and it’s special. A little respite. We always got the beginning of June so it’s off season. A perfect little vacation without the crowds. Cannot recommend it enough!"
