"The property was clean, looked nice, and staff was great. They have tried doing updates to the rooms, but the place is in need of some major renovations. Bathroom drywall is coming apart, bathroom tile is in rough shape, etc...Just a lot of little things like that. We didn't use the indoor pool or hot tub. They both look dingy looking through the door. The outside pool and hot tub were both great! Pool furniture was nice also. IMHO, it's a little pricey for the condition of the property. But, supply and demand :)"
"The hotel is a little old but it was very clean and smelled good. The rooms are spacious and the beds are nice. They have breakfast every morning. The staff is nice when you can find them. That’s the only downside I would say. No one is ever at the front desk. The price is also very good. I stay 3 nights for $400. The mall is right across the street and there are a lot of places to eat from nearby. Parking is good as well. 8 out of 10"
"We stay often for years & 1st time ground floor room just awesome- booked again next month. ONLY negative is CHILDREN!!! Absolutely Obnoxious!!! Kids should NOT use jacuzzi as a kids pool with splashing, screaming & peeing Every Adult we met said same. Maybe build a pool for them as such a beautiful relaxing place til IT IS NOT! Memorial Day seemed to be a Kids camp???Go to a water park???"
"Room was very clean and maintained. Amenities were nice. Only bothersome thing, when turning on the shower water there was a loud screech like sound. When trying to get hotter water by pushing the nob more towards hot, the sound would get louder to the point you would think the floor you’re on can hear you shower! Other than that, ONE OF THE BEST SUITES I HAVE EVER STAYED IN!!!!!"
