"To the owner of this apartment: please consider hiring a different care taker! We arrived in Parbo after a long bus journey and was looking forward to a good stay. First impression was excellent - nice quiet street with amazing tall trees hundreds years old, the building looked modern. However we were not able to raise the attention of the staff, there was a note on the door saying we should call a number - but how do we do that if we don;t have cell or wifi connections in a new country...

"The reception person did not speak English. He was very friendly though and with Spanish translator, it wasn’t a big problem. Place was quite old and a bit run down. It was relatively clean but lost stars because of its worn out rooms. Location was convenient but that also made it noisy on a Friday night."

"I spent $400 usd for 2 nights thinking I would have all the amenities that was posted. Upon entering the "suite" i noticed the Air Conditioning did not work well in one of my rooms. The TV had a few basic channels, majority didn't work. The massage parlor did not exist. The wine and dine lounge did not work. The breakfast was cold. I'm never using this hotel again. I left the hotel after one night. Very poor. I expected better especially when I paid so much money. Some kind of reimbursement...

"En arrivant a la villa , le responsable qui nous a accueilli me reclame un complément de 1200e, donc 400e par nuit, pour avoir acces a l'hébergement total !!!! D'après lui la dépendance ne faisait pas partie de ma réservation !!!! Tres surprise et en colere , je me tue et j'insiste a lui expliquer que je recherchais une villa pour 8 couples et que le detail de ma réservation, precise bien cela !!!! 8 salles de bain , 8 chambres, donc toute la villa qui compte 5 chambres et la dépendance qui...
