"A real treasure in a stunning area of Sicily. Everything was spotlessly clean - new and fresh - bliss. Dinner was excellent and staff very accommodating on our late arrival. Breakfast was superb with excellent choice of food. Sorry I didn’t have time to try the Spa."

And we forced to plan to book new accommodation, and it’s ruined our day on our family vacation ! I tried to take refound from hotels.com he’s not answering to management emails !!!! "We arrived via the not fit to drive at night broken road and upon arriving decided NOT to stay even though we had paid. The hotel pics must be very old as it looks like something from a horror film. Flaky paint, badly kept gardens and flies in our room. We handed back the key and left. The road to the property is horrendous. Don't even think about going anywhere for dinner and back....it's not safe....awful"
