"This is a budget hotel. It's an aged property. But price is right, and it's only for one night!Lou at the front desk is an angel and she wants to be helpful. She even offered to give me a lift to dinner in town. If you are riding the train and you want to save a few bucks then stay here. There is a new Sinclair convenience store 100 yards away that has great breakfast burritos and good coffee."

Only advice would be to bring a blanket as the bedding was a little light. We really appreciated being able to stay here given the prices at other similar places. "The place was nice and was clean on the inside of the room. Complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. I will say the place was a bit small, and I did run into parking issues where someone took our designated spot. I was not able to reach management as it was past normal business hours. It was also a bit pricey to not have some basic room amenities such as an ironing board and microwave. Lastly, it's important to note the location is not actually near the populated area of Pagosa Springs. It's way past walking distance and is about a 3-5 minute drive."
