" Very haphazard room layout. Sprawling building and room numbering makes little sense. Not properly explained at check in, and despite asking for an easy to get to room I had to take two lifts and steps with a heavy case. When I asked for help with my case in checkout I was told ‘we don’t have a bell service’. A technician kindly helped me."

"Absolutely beautiful art deco hotel with fantastic bar. The pool and spa area could have been exceptional but the pool was too cold. However the mattresses are too soft and move arpu d on the bed so i had to remake the bed several times a night. "
