"We thought that breakfast was included, but we were told when we tried to enter the breakfast room that there would be a $20 charge. This wasn't my understanding when we booked the room, but I didn't want to investigate. We also wanted to take the shuttle from the airport to the hotel when we arrived around 11pm. However, there was no signage in the he Ft Wayne airport indicating where to wait. We called the hotel and were told that a shuttle was on the way. Before one appeared, a good samaritan offered to share his Uber and we took him up on it. We also needed a shuttle in the morning back to the airport to pick up our rental car, but none was available until 10:55 and we were scheduled to pick up the car at 10:45. So, the main perk which attracted us to the Hilton was not available to our specific time frame."

"The hotel was good overall, and I would stay there again. However, the “hot” pool was not actually hot — it was only slightly warm. I also had a negative experience with one of the staff members when I asked if they could open the door between the hotel and the garage. She responded rudely and pointed out that there was a sign saying the door was out of service."

"Hotel and room were both okay. Clean and well kept but I would definitely say the price reflected the amenities and the hotel itself. Wouldn’t say that anything was above and beyond and the whole stay was just fine. Breakfast was bagels, cereal, and yogurt. Again, no real complaints, nothing was wrong but it was just a pretty basic hotel in my opinion. Good for what we needed it for while staying from out of town for a concert."

"We stayed there for the Sat/Sun Tincaps games. After checking in, we went to put our things our room (213) and then went to the roof top bar before going to the game. When we came back to our room that evening, we noticed that the blinds didn’t go up or down. There was no shampoo in the shower and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned after the last person who stayed because there was long black hair in it. While downstairs getting breakfast, I used the restroom in the lobby and it was dirty and had trash on the floor. When checking out, the front desk person was less than friendly and made me feel like I was interrupting her. I explained about the shampoo and window shades and she again seemed like I was interrupting her morning. My sister-in-law had booked this hotel for the next Sat/Sun Tincaps game we are going to in July, but after this experience we cancelled that booking are will stay somewhere else!"
