The hotel is perfect and is what you can expect for an ibis budget. The people is friendly and the food is great. Transportation is perfect, next to the hotel. The property is quiet

I didnā€™t find the area around the hotel so nice. The hotel is 11 min from antwerpen zoo and 7 min from central stations. The shops are fat from the hotel. Lidl is next to the hotel, thats the only thing I like. The rooms are great, my tiolet doesnā€™t work properly.

Basic but good

Hotel was as expected budget price so no frills but more than adequate check in was quick and efficient and the staff i dealt with were helpful and friendly The room was basic but fine for 1 night stay There was a tariff of 8 euros for breakfast but it was good with decent choice also the position of the hotel just behind the main railway station was exellent for transport links and for restaurants and bars nearby

It has easy access to the city center and the trains. People were very loud throughout the night all 4 nights, so sleeping was difficult. One night people were literally sitting on the floor outside our room at 3 am talking so that was not so great. There should be established quiet hours that are enforced.

I like that it is conveniently located, good lighting in the room.separate shower & toilet, very helpful staff in giving directions & lend me an electric fan as room is warm. The lower part of wall could have been repainted.Whether windows closed or open noise outside is terrible people speaking loudly without consideration especially around midnight. This has ruined my stay. I asked the housekeeping not to clean my room but she still sorted my room given me fresh towels but sadly have thrown my bottled water away. Wish there was a small cupboard or more space to put your clothes in. Breakfast could have been improved with more selection.

It was cheap and cheerful, although I wish I had spent a few more pounds per night and stayed at the one slightly closer to the historic centre. It wasn't a very long walk (20-30 minutes), but a bit too far to pop back during the day for a rest or a snack. I never did find the entrance to Diamant tram stop... The room was a little damp and smelled quite strongly of cigarette smoke, which was a shame. I think the extractor fan was broken for the shower, but I failed to mention it until the end of my stay, so that's kind of my problem really! The smokiness made a bit of a bad first impression, and the smell never really abated. Also, I booked the hotel via Expedia whose booking site said breakfast was included. In fact it was not included. I should have known better than to book with Expedia, because this always happens. But comfortable bed, good shower, decent wifi, close to transport, not far from the sights, good price, and surprisingly quiet.

De dag voordien online ingecheckt en bij aankomst ( iets voor 15.00 uur) moest ik nog ruim een half uur wachten want de kamer was niet klaar. Zelf uitzoeken hoe de lift geactiveerd werd. Eens kort vermelden dat men de kamerkaart moest gebruiken is een kleine moeite. Kamer was echt het minimale van het minimale. Je leeft echt vanuit je koffer. Voor een langer verblijf zal ik dit hotel zeker niet aanbevelen.

The hotel is quite good. budget friendly. So if you are looking for a budget stay, this is it. no air conditioning so it can get pretty warm during the day. at night you can open the huge window to get some draft in. since i went during autumn, the nights were bearable. the shower are was pretty small and tight spaced. Like i said, if you are looking for a budget option, this is it. Best thing about it, its very close to the central station.

Het hotel ligt achter het station, dicht bij het centrum. Kamer was redelijk schoon. Personeel is vriendelijk en de omgeving is vies, veel glas en rotzooi in de straten. Honden zijn welkom.
