"With our stay we had some issues with our airconditioning in our rooms. I went to an employe named guillaume. I adressed the issue to him and without question he wanted to help. He even upgraded our room! He gave us such a nice room and was so friendly he really made our stay perfect! The location was amazing and the breakfast was really good! Once again I want to thank guillaume for an amazing service. I will deffenitly come back!"

"We were pleasantly surprised at every turn with this hotel. The staff at checkin were attentious and helpful even giving us free coffee, water and chocolates. The room was spacious, elegant and functional with a great shower and very strong (and controlable) AC. The inner garden was a joy and the breakfast buffet is worth the price. It is located in the “best” street in Brussels (the one with all

stores) but the region is sketchy at night. Great access to trams, subways and taxis. "
