Check in was easy. Really friendly staff at reception. Very clean and quiet room. Great to be able to open the window. Comfortable bed with choice of soft and firm pillows. There were just 2 pillows on the bed. Maybe they supply 4 when 2 people stay. Good storage area. Extra bath and hand towels ...

Really good breakfast. Clean room. Friendly staff. It is convenient to the Brussels Midi rail station, but the area around the station and the hotel are very dirty - I didn't feel unsafe (didn't go out after dark) - but lots of trash on the streets. Brussels sites are not close - 30 minutes walk ...
