"This hotel provided excellent services from check in to check out. Staff were friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean, with a very nice view. The onsen experience was superior as the hotel had different onsen pools for guests to enjoy, and the changing room was also very neat and clean. "部屋ユニットバス・シャワーの湯の温度が一定に保てない上に、水流圧も一定に保てないので、ホテル付属の大浴場を利用するべきです。宿泊した部屋が最上階だったのと、利用した時間帯が悪かったかも知れないけど。宿泊した部屋がエレベーターの隣だったので、稼働する際のモーター音が響いて、気分が落ち着かなかった。宿泊料金が４０００円もしない安い価格なので、致し方無いです。"

10/10 Excellent

"Wonderful place, great and welcoming team members, very close to everything, (shopping, food) and the major travel hub. Attached convenience store was great for snacks and anything we wanted! There's a great bakery across the street and an amazing skewer place behind the MT office building. Would def stay again! The onsen doesn't allow tattoos though, but I had my own bath so no worries on my end! The suite is worth it! "
