"While in a beautiful location, the hotel is not upfront about their dog policy. Nothing on their website says that dogs cost per night and I find that extremely shady. It was 20€ / night for my UNDER 10kg dog. On the website it makes it sound like you can bring them for free, yet when we checked in the said we must pay but don’t worry we get some amenities. The amenities included a dog bed and 2 dog bowls… not 20€ worth and unnecessary. On top of that “parking is free” however there were not enough spots to accomodate the massive amounts of people and we ended up not being able to find a spot and there are no garages nearby. So we asked about the indoor parking snd they said we can park there for 15€ a night. Again, what??? It feels like nothing more than a cash grab to be honest and breakfast was the thing I was looking forward to the most and it was very show no go. The bacon was not good, orange juice was bitter and watery, bread was sub par, and some of the fried eggs were under cooked… very unsatisfying. The price does not reflect the quality nor is it honest."
"We loved this place and want to go back. It has so much character and charm and is located in a beautiful place. The amenities were great. The only negative, is the bed was not very comfortable."
"A wonderful family run hotel with a superb restaurant. The staff make you feel like family, they are so kind and considerate- nothing is too much trouble. The location is ideal for a walk into town if you don’t mind the uphill walk back but it is only 5 minutes be car and parking in the city is easy. There is plenty of parking at the hotel. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Aosta. "

"Circumstances meant that I could not stay on the date booked. I contacted the hotel and Expedia to change the date and pay any difference. Request refused due to “hotel policy”. Totally inflexible. We went to another resort. "
"I would have given it 5 stars had it not been for the lack of acoustic silence between rooms and also room doors. I could hear the lavatory being f lushed on both sides of my room. And every room door buzz as people accessed their rooms in the hallway outside. Spa was ok, breakfast buffet standard. "
