A estadia no hotel foi boa. Ótima localização, os funcionários educados e prestativos. Possui uma sala para guardar as malas. O cafe da manha é razoável, poucas opções e o sinal da Internet no quarto é fraco.

Hospedagem em família.

Hotel muito bem localizado, na lateral do Santuário e próximo da entrada do estacionamento do Santuário. Quartos confortáveis com camas muito boas, smart tv, e uma excelente ducha. O café da manhã, servido em amplo restaurante, poderia ser melhor e com mais variedade.

Exceção?????

Ao descermos para jantar no hotel dentro do intervalo de tempo estipulado pelo próprio hotel fomos informados que nosso atendimento, se realizado, seria uma exceção. Aparentemente de acordo com o hotel temos uma nova interpretação para o verbete exceção!!!!! Este evento foi decepcionante, o restante da estadia foi ok!

Muito a melhorar

Hotel novo, limpo, café da manhã simples porém saboroso, bem próximo a uma das entradas da Basílica. O que ficou a desejar foi não possuir ducha higiênica junto ao sanitário, frigobar sem nenhum item, nem água tinha, para consumir tínhamos que ir até o restaurante buscar! Precisa de gerenciamento mais apurado, (apesar de muito educada a dona do hotel) pois na chegada não localizaram a nossa reserva e na saída cobraram refeições que não fizemos e também as diárias que paguei na chegada foram cobradas novamente... E nem tinham muitos hóspedes...Foi um pouco desorganizada a estadia por esses motivos.

Hotel com boa localização e limpo. Ar condicionado do quarto luxo: muito fraco (não gela pelo tamanho do quarto ) Chuveiro: boa pressão porém o espalhador de água estava estragado. Água se concentrava no meio Café da manhã: fraco Os cantores de que estavam no restaurante a noite é melhor não ter.

o hotel é bem localizado, em frete ao santuário, o atendimento da recepção é péssimo, principalmente pelo recepcionista da noite, o chuveiro molha o banheiro todo.

Razoável

O quarto me pareceu razoavelmente limpo. Porém ao ir dormir percebi que meu cobreleito estava com uma mancha de barro, como se alguém tivesse colocado o pé sujo na cama. A pessoa que arrumou a cama ou não trocou a colcha ou pegou uma manchada. De qualquer maneira ela estava dobrada de maneira a naonser vista a sujeira imediatamente. Fiquei na duvida se havia sido trocado os lençóis, porém estes pareciam limpos. Os travesseiros eram muito baixos. O ar condicionado era de boa qualidade. No cafe da manhã a variedade de coisas era boa e a comida deliciosa. Porém nao havia um funcionário supervisionando, sendo assim, havia clientes se servindo sem higienizar as maos, sem por luvas e sem mascaras, comprometendo a saude de todos.

Ótima estrutura mas o atendimento precisa melhorar! Deixarei um breve relato para auxiliar na melhoria do Hotel. Pontos positivos: ° Ótima localização! Ao lado da Basílica. ° Ótima estrutura! Lindo Hotel! Colchões macios. Chuveiro e torneira com água quente. Tudo novo! ° Café da manhã maravilhoso! Opções variadas e muito farto. ° Eu gostaria de parabenizar em especial o funcionário Pedro, que auxiliou no café. Ele é muito proativo e educado. Pontos negativos: ° Eu não tive retorno se a minha reserva estava confirmada, tive que ligar insistindo para me darem o aval. °Possui estacionamento com algumas vagas disputadas na frente do Hotel, as demais ficam em um lote vago de terra que é próximo. Com chuva fica inviável! ° Eu liguei várias vezes na Recepção e não atenderam o telefone. Eu desci para solicitar um travesseiro e ainda assim não o entregaram. ° Não possuem cabeceira nas camas do quarto. A alvenaria da parede pode apresentar um risco para as pessoas ao se deitar e levantar. ° O serviço de quarto entrou sem nos avisar e deixaram de colocar toalha de rosto no banheiro. ° Demora no atendimento do Restaurante, poucas opções de comida e comida muito gordurosa.

Decepcionante

Chegamos as 01:30 da manhã, em uma viagem de família. Avisamos que chegaríamos tarde, e tivemos um péssimo check-in. O atendente mal queria pegar água para nós para levar para o quarto. Segundo ele o bar estava fechado. Agora como que chegamos de madrugada e não podemos tomar uma água? Complicado a situação. Além disso não existe cordialidade para com o hóspede pelos colaboradores. A única coisa é que a localização é previlegiada, pois fica perto do Santuário. Mas de resto, foi decepcionante. No café da manhã, já estavam fechando e retirando a comida, mesmo com os hóspedes servindo, alegando que ja deu o horário, mas podia ao menos esperar terminar de servir.
