"We had a very good time. The property managers were very helpful. We arrived after the office closed, but we were able to get into the apartment. The apartment is very modern and comfortable. The location is perfect near all the stores and food you can think of. "

"Nice place, cozy, big room and bathroom, free parking on site, but.. the receptionist had some issues! First, she was very upset about the internet speed that she had to work with (not my problem!), then she asked me how I would like to pay (everything was already paid for since the reservation was made!) and top of all was in the morning when she told me she had to wait for 20 minutes because I was late for breakfast (what else beside smoking and drinking coffee did she have to do, anyway?)"

"The main issue because of which I did not rate 5 stars was the lack of hot water (the water heater was not working, error code on display). The area looks kind of remote (new development) but is easy to go to downtown by car."

"Total failure by apartment host. No checkin in communication 24 hrs prior and no response to multiple comms by phone and whatsapp. I drove to the building but there was no person there or signage. I was unable to stay and had to book another hotel that evening. No communications at all in the 24 hrs since then. If hotels.com dont refund this night stay then thwre will be an immediate ate credit card chargeback for total failure to deliver paid service of one night accommodation. Utterly...

"Unfortunately, we were only in the room for less than 8 hours and that was mostly to sleep so we didn't get to enjoy this very nice and spacious hotel room. The champagne was a very nice treat, thank you! If you are looking for any suggestions, you might want to consider adding a full-length mirror. Only having one mirror in the whole apartment/hotel can be tough with two people. Also, you might want to consider adding a magnifying vanity mirror in the bathroom like other fine hotels provide....

"Im extremely disappointed with my experience in this place. I made a reservation for one night : I paid and then made an electronic check-in. I was supposed to arrive at 2pm. I was supposed to get an e-mail from Ella with the access code to enter the apartment and never got an answer on time. I tried to contact her by WhatsApp (voice messages and text messages), by e-mail and by the chat from hotels.com and we even asked a worker from the Sinaia turist information center to call her from a local...

"Very poor communication. Called the morning of to confirm our reservation only to be told that they can not talk right now, and to call 30mins before our arrival. When we arrived there bedding was dirty and no towels provided. However once we called, it was promptly resolved. Not sure if I would consider this place again. "

"Lovely modern hotel next to the train station. You need to get a taxi into town but only £2. Would prefer gym and spa to be included in price rather than 12 euro per day charge. Bistro and breakfast really nice "

"The actual hotel didn't match the photos, it was an outdated, dusty and old hotel. The room were newly renovated, however they were not fully ready and they were smelling as fresh paint. There was no restaurant by the lake, as in the photos. Also, there is no access to the lake. The food wasn't great. In the morning, there was no running water in the entire hotel."

"After a long drive we arrived at the Stop Hotel. The lady at the front desk was a sweetheart. Even before we checked in she let us know that the AC in rooms does not work due to excessive outside heat. She went above and beyond to help and come up with solutions to keep us cool during the stay. Overall stay was great minus the AC issue which is unfortunate but beyond that the hotel personnel was friendly and rooms were decent. "
