"The setting is beautiful, right next to the park. I felt very secure so I left the balcony door open most of the time. No screens in the windows, but also almost no bugs. A honeybee got in and I had to kill it. No air conditioning so cross ventilation is what you use. Absolutely loved listening to the river in the park while sleeping. No one speaks English except maybe Concierge. That made the experience as authentic as it can get. The toilet leaks, clean water onto the floor and paint was peeling from the shower area. So as a result, I gave it a low score on Maintenance. For what it’s worth the building was constructed in 1536"
