The room that we were in was a disabled room. We were not disabled. No shower curtain. We had a few coach roaches in the room and the power points came out of it socket.
However, the staff was really friendly and the food was excellent. The service was great.

Our balcony was very dirty looks like it hadn’t been clean in a few weeks and our room was sub par. most of the plug outlets were broken and room phone didn’t work so had to walk all the way to reception to place an order. Housekeep walked in when we had our ‘do not disturb’ button switched on. far from great customer service. 3/5 stars

Enjoyed our stay, we had the King Harbor view room, everything was perfect except the shower/bath which was very dirty and quite small, location of toilet was in a weird spot facing and almost touching the wall, no extractor fan in bathroom, ranch slider was stuck and difficult to open & close, othwise location of Hotel was perfect, with exceptional service. Comfy bed & staff welcomed us with words made out of petals n leaves on our bed to congratulate us on our anniversary which was a very nice touch, thank you 🙏

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton!
From the time we checked in to the time we checked out the staff were so attentive, their service is amazing always greeting us with smiles, checking if we need anything, and so respectful! The security staff were also amazing going above and beyond to ensure that we are looked after.
Our room was cleaned and topped up everyday and the complementary breakfast was beyond what we expected, started everyday with full and happy belly’s.
My husband and I also enjoyed their dinner and drinks everything was delicious!!!
Will definitely stay with Sheraton Samoa again!!!!

Room wasn't ready at check-in time. We arrived about an hour prior to check-in, they said they'd send housekeeping to the room immediately. We left to do some shopping and returned after our actual check-in time, and still had to wait another 30mins or so for the room to be ready. Room was reasonably clean but smelled damp and musty. No body wash in the shower, had to call housekeeping to send some up. Beds were comfortable. Had some issues with what was included in the room rate with Expedia and what the hotel had in their system. I paid a higher room rate to have one-way airport transfer included for 4 guests and a WST$50 hotel credit. There was no hotel credit, and when we checked out at 4.30am ready for our transfer I was informed they only had payment for one person's transfer in their booking system. I wasn't asked to pay again there and then, but I didn't receive the friendliest of farewells...
