"Joylene at the front desk is an absolute delight. She was so pleasant and friendly with us and the other guests at the hotel. I would come back just to see her! Great room very comfortable. Awesome breakfast and the outdoor hot tub was perfect. Had a great time and definitely plan on returning. "

"The stairs to level 300 rooms was never vacumed during my stay, it had food crumbs scattered on the steps during the whole stay. Also the bath room faucet leaked water onto the counter constantly. "

"Great Hotel, great room, one disappointment, the toilet, a little kid's toilet like the one you would find in a kindergarten bathroom. Seat height 12 inches from the floor. Disgusting, for anybody 6' foot tall its miserable. At least change a couple of rooms to the new toilets that came out 15 years ago and are 19-20" seat height. This is an easy fix. Couple of rooms done for around $800. Thanks"
