The checkin time & check out time was different than what was mentioned in the reservation. The entry fee to the Lavasa was extra to the customers, who booked the hotel there. Outer Balcony connected to the Room had leakage and water clogging. Fan in bedroom was not functioning properly at low speeds. Smart TV provided in one room with some free channels.
