"An absolutely great hotel - plenty of history and superb staff. The latter were incredible - all polite, confident and efficient. I needed to stow an electric bike - and the young lady at the front desk personally took me around to where I could leave it securely (she'd only been at the hotel for a short while, but you wouldn't have guessed it). Even the cleaning staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Of course it goes without saying the room was of the highest quality, the lounge beautiful and the breakfast without peer. Management should be congratulated on the way they run this wonderful establishment. "

"This hotel is a 5-minute walk to either the bus or train stations in Bolzano. Very convenient, modern facility. It is a sister company to the Park Hotel, so we were able to use their lovely outdoor pool, which was a 2-minute walk away. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Vincenzo and the other front desk staff as well as the restaurant staff, were excellent! We had a wonderful time in Bolzano and the Stadt hotel Citta made it a memorable stay. We enjoyed having cocktails every evening on the square. We would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Friendly staff, everything was spotless. We had the Braeburn suite and it had a lovely view of the valley and mountains. The room had a sauna which my husband really enjoyed. The hotel communal areas had a very pleasant scent of lemons. We took the half board option and the food was plentiful and tasty. We would definitely stay here again when we come back at Christmas. The surrounding area was vineyards and the village was a couple of minutes walk away. Had a super stay, left feeling very relaxed. "

"It is a fantastic hotel with a tremendous staff but I had the tiniest shower ever which made it quite difficult and annoying to use it. literally 0.5x0.5m. This is ridiculous and makes the overall experience not so pleasant. "
