"At first I was a little skeptical about renting because of the reviews. and I was like Dang, I wanna to cancel. Then I said, I have to see for myself. Everybody's reviews are different, I loved it excellent room. I loved it. I have no complaints only complain, I have is the water was kind of like everybody was saying not too hot, but it wasn't bad where it was like, oh I can't take a shower but overall, they just need to step there game up on the hot water. Other than that, I love the service. It was comfortable. I have no bad experience with it at all.But if you read the reviews on there, it will have you thinking like nah, but I think it's pretty decent from what I've been dealing with in Victorville, renting hotel rooms when I come out to visit that way.This hotel was a good experience 👌 🤗 😎 "

"This hotel is quaint, but could be improved. There weren't any laundry machines on site. No continental breakfast. To speak to the hotel manager/front desk, you have to talk through a window: clearly safety has been an issue in this place in the past...possibly still. The first room I was in (117) had issues: noisy a/c, broken chair, damage to the bathroom door--wouldnt close, traffic throughout the night, and a ceiling that leaked when the room above took a shower. Good: The bed was comfortable and it was clean. I reported the leak to the front desk and they moved us to room 111. It was further from the road, so less issues with road noises. This room was clean, but the bed was hard and uncomfortable. Neither room had any place to put our clothes, so we were living out of our suitcases. We went swimming in the evening at the pool. To my chagrin, there was some kind of trash in the pool (napkins), at the bottom bugs, dirt, feathers, hair. The jets on the pool weren't turned on. The following day, we did see someone cleaning it in the morning, but I doubt it had been cleaned on a while. The price of the hotel was reasonable for what it offers. (We paid about $800 for a 12 night stay.) The neighborhood: There were a few unhoused individuals in the area, but no one bothered us. The gas station was very conveniently next door with the lowest gas prices in the area. Molly Brown's Restaurant was also next door. The food was very good, but on the slightly more pricey side. "

"The view was great, with docs. Parking was great, close to room. Freindly staff. Moms complained about the sher not having handles, shes handicapped, and the remote didnt work, was missing a battery cover."

"Request the top floor - paper thin walls and extremely creaky! Upstairs neighbors went to bed after midnight and got up very early. The pillows were too high and hard."

"Front desk was overwhelmed when I checked in. They had customers waiting and they were on the phone with a manager trying to resolve issues within the hotel. when they finally help me they promised to refund the room because I had to wait and was given a smoking allowed room in lieu of non-smoking. They eventually check us in. The hotel is noisy due to its location near a main intersection."

"Walls are really thin and the building fairly old. Any walking or running makes the room shake as if in an earthquake. If you get stuck with a family with 2-3 young kids above you, say good bye to any peace you thought you'd be getting at this get-away. We also got downstairs neighbors celebrating 16th b-day. Not only were they obnoxiously loud, but they were also outside splashing in the pool and jacuzzi well after 11:30pm. Staff kept coming by to tell them to leave, but they refused. Ordeal took hours and way longer than it should have to get handled. Think around 1am, guests were escorted off the premises. We got very little sleep the two nights we were there. I decided it was just best to leave and skip on our third night's booked stay. Think next time we'll just try renting a house."

"This place was sooooooo cute!! A little dated but felt cozy and comfortable.. everything was very clean and soooooo stinking cute!!! You walk out in your patio and there’s a hangout area. Picnic tables and an outside jacuzzi. The boat dock is so close to take the kids fishing. We only stayed one night for Mother’s Day but we are coming back a lot for summer!!!! Such a little gem!!!! The staff was amazing. Helpful and i can’t wait to make more memories with my family there!"
