I would add that additional soundproofing would enhance the overall enjoyment. The views of the Rogue River are intimate without being expansive due to the beautiful trees lining the edge. Located next to Hellgate Jet Boat excursions, you have the fun of experience of watching it rush by from your balcony or enjoy a ride as well (not connected to the hotel). We love this hotel and continue to return every year. "

"Loved all the amenities, including the mini fridge in the room. Parking could have been a little bigger, harder to find later on in the day. Semi trucks take up several parking spots. Lots of homeless in the park right next to the parking lot- I was scared my car would get broken into at first. I was wrong- they seemed to mind their own business and did not bother anyone. Staff was very nice as well and the rooms were very clean! Overall, would stay again. Loved that it included breakfast too. "

"Very clean well cared for property! Everyone we encountered was super nice. Only thing to improve on is the eggs at breakfast, cold hard boiled eggs would be a bigger improvement than eggs that are cut up pieces of foam-like egg!"

"Great location, great full size fridge, kitchenette. The only issue I had was the room smelled a little funky but the staff was the best hotel staff I have ever met so it made up for everything. Only thing this hotel is missing is a pool and free breakfast!"
