"The staff were so helpful and welcoming! They upgraded us to a late checkout, made sure we found the shuttle, arranged for our party to have rooms close together. The breakfast was plentiful and varied and delicious This is my second stay here and if I come back to Paris I would hope to stay here again"

Basma and Hisham recognized the mistake made by one of their colleagues and fixed the problem quickly and got us to the airport quickly and on time for our flight.
