"Considering the price, we had high hopes for our stay at this house, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we found the property was not very clean. There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet. "We loved to stay at this hotel despite other bad reviews. Only big problem the heat. The hotel is not ready when it comes to hot days. There where conditioners but didn't really worked and the rooms where very hot at night and during the day. But breakfast was excellent and so the rest of our stay"

"It’s a two floor hotel with no elevator. So I did not like that. They did not want us to carry our bags or herself to the room and instead we had to get a person to carry them up the stairs for us who we then had to tip. Otherwise, the place was beautiful. There is a wedding reception going on, we had dinner at the restaurant and it was wonderful. The room was excellent. Updated air-conditioning and heat system bathroom was wonderful with a walk-in shower with both a rain showerhead and a regular handle showerhead."

"Very helpful staff. Really polite. Great location for fun fair and sea front walls. Great breakfast offerings but don't leave it too late, as they don't seem to re fill it after half 9 and drinks and pastries tend to have run out. Just get there earlier. Nice pool for an hour now and then, towels provided."

"Was a gorgeous place to stay with beautiful views of the hotel and from the hotel. Lovely grounds outside the hotel for walking, your doggy or dogs and lovely walks around shortpark of a few minutes to Sandown Beach and lovely shops around thoroughly. Enjoyed my stay. Great food and great breakfast they served and would recommend to anyone. Will be staying again soon"
