"Hotel not sutable for guests. No hot water. No food or drink available. Dirty. Smelly. Booked 3 nights. Stayed 1. Still waiting for refund. Messaged Hotel.com numerous times. Still waiting. Will not use them again."

"lovely, authentic place located in beautiful nature surroundings on the top of the hill (mind there are a lot of steps to get up there, although worth it). Walkable distance (1 km ) from the Vanilla beach , were all main amenities such as ATM, shops and restaurants are available. Overall great place and definitely would recommend it."

"This property was a disaster.You first walk past as if you are going through everyone’s back yard. Then open a gate to the property which looks like it’s abandoned huts, it’s dirty, landscaping is like overgrown grass and plants. You will be sleeping in premade huts. There is a toilet out in the open, once we saw that we walked out of the property! It felt unsafe and unclean. You are 20-30 minutes from El nido!"
