"Leyla in guest services and Alpine and Mehmet at the front desk made great efforts to adjust for a slight booking error by Expedia. Many of the staff speak english and the rest have a wonderful smile and pleasant manner - charades to communicate for a back up plan - all good. The food is off the charts, lots of fresh salads and deserts. Plenty of main course choices and although not much of a drinker myself - decent beer and wine.
