O banheiro era horrivel, super pequeno, o quarto nao tinha uma mesinha ou aparador para colocar as coisas, mal dava pra circular no quarto considerando que era um quarto familia pra 4 pessoas. "Pousada apenas para dormir e tomar um banho, porĂ©m o quarto que fiquei a porta nĂŁo fechava direito, ficando uma greta enorme na porta que se nĂŁo trancasse com chave dando duas voltas a porta abria sozinha. O chuveiro, apesar de quente, parecia um chafariz, jogando ĂĄgua para todos os lados, sendo impossĂvel ficar dentro do box sem se molhar e difĂcil para enxaguar. O cheiro do quarto era ruim mesmo ligando o ar condicionado. CafĂ© da manhĂŁ simples mas ok."

"The hotel is nice, very good location, clean and tidy. The staff is a bit difficult. We had some problems checking in; we paid twice for some water we took from the room's minibar, and the staff, looking at the payment receipt from the app, forced us to pay again. They weren't at all helpful and were very rude."

"My bathroom was disgusting. Black mold all around the bat tub and glass sliding door. I immediately asked for another room. My new room was better but my bed sheets were a shade of grey not white. Then my AC stopped working and my room safe did not work. I was moved to a 3rd room which was about the same. But my room safe did not work. I reported it and someone looked at it and said he would come back. He never did. In the morning there was no hot water. I checked out."

"This pousada has amazing potential. The property itself is beautiful, a bit of an oasis with royal palms (I think), tropical vegetation and with Koi ponds. The common area, sort of a club house with pool table and library, a nice pool and breakfast area are all very nice and peaceful, and all with wifi. The breakfasts were very good, and the kitchen help was very sweet. Unfortunately there were too many little niggly things that were bothersome, that when added up left us a little frustrated....
