"Great stay! Our new hotel we’re choosing when we are going on our staycations. The kickback was fantastic. The staff was always there to clean up and replenish plates, etc for us guests. Aston and Brittani took great care of us during our stay. We’ll definitely come back again. Pinecrest shopping center was nice too. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. I even signed up for their rewards program, so we’re family now. Our room was very clean and quiet. It’s best to stay more than one night to enjoy the kickback meal and free drinks. 100% great staff, well maintained hotel, and everything that the hotel offers was fantastic. Like I said we will be back. 10/10 recommend, come see for yourself. All of our questions were answered and the staff were attentive to me and my fiancée during our stay."

"We stayed here previously, and would stay here again, if we ever came back to the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything about this hotel is nice, although the bathroom is a little cramped, but the shower is spacious with ample hot water and water pressure. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool is large and laned for swimming. The gym is small but very adequate with a pulley machine, dumbbells, adjustable bench, a stationary bike and a really cool and easy to use treadmill."

"The property seems to have no intention of doing business. Ventilator cover in the bathroom was dangling from the ceiling, someone else's hair was on the toilet seat hangers (both for the clothes and the towels) were rusty. walls had unidentifiable smudges toilet paper hanger and desk chair were missing and so was the safe inside the cabinet under the television (only some remains were there). the table had unidentifiable marks/smudges on them that I could remove using wet towels."

"This visit was a little disappointing. There was no soap in the room and the bathtub appeared that it hadn't been cleaned. I was told to park in front of the of the assigned room, but when I arrived there at 7 o'clock there was no space there."

"We got to the hotel and there was no one at the desk. We waited 20 minutes along side 4 other families waiting to check in. The phones were ringing off the hook getting no answer. When the woman finally did return she was short and rude and never even try to apologize to anyone for their wait. We get to the room and there were only 2 little towels. When I asked for more we got attitude and eye rolling. And the whole place smelled like weed. Will not be returning."
