"My current stay was for two nights while in town. Customer service was wonderful, especially at check in. The notes I had added to my booking were respected and followed. It would have been 5 stars, if housekeeping had not disregarded the "do not disturb" sign two hours prior to my check out time. Then when I was trying to leave the room their cart was blocking the hall to where I could barely get by with my suitcase."
