"Decent hotel if you’re just passing through, but not the best for sightseeing or a relaxing stay.
The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly, but the breakfast is pretty limited, and the hotel sits in the middle of an industrial area—not much around. Not as close to the airport or downtown as you’d expect, so getting around takes time. Also, traffic noise at night can be annoying.
Fine for a quick stopover, but probably not great for a longer stay in Madrid."

"Close to the airport. Just what we needed after our late arrival in MAD. Nice to have the free shuttle back to T4 at 7:30 am to catch our Cercanias train."
"The shuttle service was awful. Waited on curb at MAD pickup point for 40 minutes. The bus was 10 minutes late and then we sat for another 10 minutes. The driver was very unfriendly and not the least bit helpful. He drove so fast that bags were flying all over the stowage area hitting the door. He never made an announcement on where next stop was. When we reached Alameda Hotel, everyone got off thinking it was the Barajas Hotel. 1/2 had to rebound because they weren’t staying there. He made no mention of which hotel we were at. He needs to find a different job !"
"Loved this hotel, it felt new and very clean. Would've loved that the breakfast or coffee machine at least would be free but besides that 100% recommended."
"We really enjoyed this hotel and they were very responsive to messages through the app. The front desk was incredibly patient with us because we spoke very little Spanish. Our room was super clean and very comfortable. The property was also very clean and everyone was really nice to us. Highly recommend!"
