"Firstly room I reserved wasn't ready early as promised nor ready 15 minutes before check in. Room I got was dirty, my dog was eating popcorn fried chicken crumbs off stained rugs!! Furniture stained!! Food left in refrigerator!! Huge box of pizza bagels!! Lights blinking over a dated dirty microwave. Shower curtain so short (just a liner) water ran out onto floor. Shampoo mounted to shower wall fell of while using Elevator was under total remake they worked on 7 days at least during my stay, may have took longer 1guy job??Inconveniencing you to walk around entire building inside to get to room. Safety issue Temps where 90% of time 78 to near 80 degrees in hallways!!
Noticed cockroach at side entrance inside!! Then again in second better room I asked to move on 2nd day of my 7 day stay.Also my last in this Dated Double Tree
Staff was helpful and moved us to better room, doing what they can with what they have to work in. Dirty dated Hotel
No coffee offered after there absolutely over priced breakfast dated restaurant closed, never noticed 1 patron in there.
