Esta é a minha quarta vez hospedado no NB Hotel. Sempre o avaliei com 10/10 estrelas, porém, desta vez, duas coisas deixaram a desejar: Para um hotel de negócios, a qualidade da internet poderia ser melhor e mais confiável. A minha conexão caía com uma certa frequência. A manutenção do ar-condicionado. O meu colega de quarto caiu no chão por causa da falta de manutenção, admitida pelo funcionário quando reportei o acidente. Essa falta de manutenção causou o vazamento de água (condensada) do ar-condicionado, formando uma poça no chão. Gostaria de salientar que o problema foi consertado assim que reportei, porém, poderia ter causado um acidente grave, já que o meu amigo tem 82 anos. No mais, a equipe NB merece 10/10 pela atenção, recepção e profissionalismo.

O hotel é fantástico. As equipes se desdobram para que tudo seja impecável. Recepção, Quarto, Café da Manhã, Limpeza, Bar. E conseguem com maestria. Fica defronte de um dos principais shopping da cidade. E só atravessar a rua. Perfeito em todos os quesitos. De 0 a 10, nota 11.

Um bom hotel se o seu objetivo for sair para passeios, já que não tem piscina ou área de lazer. Localização boa, shopping em frente, o que dá várias opções para refeição. Quarto com cama e roupa de cama brancas, muito boas, lençóis e uma colchinha. Gosto do fato de ter 4 travesseiros. No banheiro, toalhas boas, secador de cabelo, shampoo e condicionador de dispenser. Tv e internet de acordo. Café da manhã bom.
